Lier, Vice President of PEOPLES TRUST & SAVINGS BANK, <br />being first duty sworn upon oath depose and say that PEOPLES TRUST & <br />SAVINGS BANK was the Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of <br />Ira M. Martin, deceased, on the 6th day of August, 1945, at the time <br />that the deed to the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE /4) of Section Thirty -five (35), <br />in Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of <br />the Sixth P. M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />was executed and delivered to Doede W. Smith. <br />That PEOPLES TRUST & SAVINGS BANK was formerly named <br />as PEOPLES SAVINGS & TRUST COMPANY, sometimes known as <br />PEOPLES SAVINGS & TRUST COMPANY, OF GREEN BAY, BROWN <br />COUNTY, WISCONSIN. <br />That the legal name of said company was changed by Amendment <br />to Articles of Incorporation duty enacted and recorded as provided by <br />Wisconsin law on or about the 13th day of January, 1933, as hereinbefore <br />mentioned. <br />That notwithstanding the discrepancy in names, PEOPLES SAVINGS <br />& TRUST COMPANY, also known as PEOPLES SAVINGS & TRUST COMPANY, <br />OF GREEN BAY, BROWN COUNTY, WISCONSIN, and PEOPLES TRUST <br />& SAVINGS BANK are one and the same corporation. <br />Further affiant sayeth not. <br />SIGNED at 'Green Bay, Wisconsin, this 31st day of <br />October 1960. <br />Zev <br />F.
