<br />undersigned, jointly and severally, do hereby adopt, "ratify and confirm said lease, and all of its terms and provisions, and do hereby
<br />grant, lease, and let, to i aid Lessee, any -and all interest which I, or we, the undersigned, now have, or may hereafter acquire, either by
<br />co, nveyance, >devise, inhe itance, or operation of law, and whether vested, expectant, contingent or future, in and to said lands, upon and
<br />�.subject to each and all of the terms and provisions of said lease, and as fully and completely, as if the undersigned had originally exe-
<br />'cuted, acknowledged and delivered said lease as one of the Lessors therein, either on the date thereof, or on the date hereof, and the un-
<br />dersigned declare, each f r themselve , that said lease and all of its terms and provisions are binding on the undersigned and is a valid and
<br />subsisting oil, gas and mineral lease upon all of. the lands and interests therein of the undersigned, hereinabove described or referred to.
<br />If the said Lessee shall determine to pay delay rentals according to the terms of said lease or royalties shall be paid thereunder,
<br />r/ the undersigned, for the same consideration, hereby, direct that such rentals or royalties be paid to the original Lessors named in said
<br />lease or .their successors in interest other than the undersigned, unless and until it has been finally determinedgxe[xXmtxa[memt
<br />that the right to receive such delay rentals or royalties or some part thereof
<br />is vested in the undersi ned and proper showing of such determination has been furnished to the owner of said lease; and thereafter
<br />such rentals or royalties shall be paid according to such determination; and upon proper showing according to the terms of said lease,
<br />o the successors and as igns of the parties so entitled.
<br />BUT PROVIDED, ALWAYS; that the undersigned and each of them do hereby declare expressly that they do not hereby impliedly
<br />recognize ,said, Lesso rs,' title or interest and that they and each of them reserve expressly the right to bring any appropriate action, suit
