<br />Nine <(9), North, Range Ten (10), West of the
<br />6th P.M.J. in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />that part thereof conveyed to the State of
<br />Nebraska, by Warranty Deed recorded in Book
<br />77, Page 457, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say
<br />I know of my own personal knowledge that the FRANCIS
<br />WM. TUCKER, whose certified copy of death certificate is
<br />shown at Entry #36 to the above - described property,
<br />and FRANK W. TUCKER, are one and the same person
<br />and one and the same person as the'FRANK W. TUCKER whose name
<br />appears as Grantee in a deed shown at Entry #36 of the ab-
<br />stract of title to:

<br />(E2 NE1) of Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Nine (9), North, Range Ten (10), West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting

<br />the discrepancy in their names.
