1 <br />That I, Harriet L. Gouge, of Grand Islands Nebraska, have made, <br />cefstituted and appointed and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint <br />Donald H. Weaver of Grand Island, Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney in <br />fact for me and in my name and stead and to my use, to ask, demand, sue and <br />receipt for all sums of money, debts, dividends; 'interest and demands whatso- <br />ever, which are or shall be due, owing and belonging to me; to grant, bargain, <br />transfer, exchange and sell any property, real, personal or mixed, belonging <br />to me for such price and on such terms as to him shall seem meet, and for me <br />and in my name to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver good and sufficient <br />deeds of conveyance, bills of sale, or other written instruments for the same, <br />necessary to transfer complete title thereto; to borrow upon the security of any <br />of said property and to make, execute, acknowledgeand -deliver a mortgage or <br />mortgages with the usual interest and insurance clause and all other usual pro- <br />visions and covenants to secure the payment of the notes or obligations given <br />for such loans and to sign and deliver such notes and obligations for such time <br />and upon such terms as he may deem meet; to satisfy and release of record <br />any mortgages, liens or judgments which I may hold or .- he may take hereunder; <br />to generally have charge of and supervise and manage all of said property, <br />hereby giving unto my said attorney in fact full authority and power to do every- <br />thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in the premises, as fully as <br />I could or might do if personally present, with full power of substitution and <br />revocation, hereby confirming and ratifying all that my said attorney in fact <br />shall lawfully do or cause to be done hereunder. <br />POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />Signed this 5th day of February, A.
