Bank, being first duly sworn on my oath, depose and <br />say that I am the person who, with Clara Bank, my wife, and Richard W.= <br />Crow and Edna Mae Crow, his wife, deeded Lots 4 and 5, Block 19, <br />Packer and Barrts Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on June 13, 1949, to Paul J. Migot and Etta Migot, <br />Husband and wife in said conveyance being made from the Bank Motor <br />Company. <br />At the aforesaid time, there were no articles of partnership on record <br />and such partnership consisted of Larry W. Bank and Richard W.
