r <br />t <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION, MONDAY, AUGUST 1, 1960 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Education was held in the Administration <br />Building at 7:30 P. M., Monday, August 1, 1960.. <br />The meeting was called to order by the President, Mr. Wenger. <br />ROTS, CALL: <br />Roll was called an4 the following members were present: Mr. Wenger, <br />Mr. Phelps, Rev. Schroeder, Mr. Nicholas, Mrs. Vieregg, Dr. Bosley, <br />Mr. Kahrhoff, and Mr. Connell. Dr. McGrath arrived. later. <br />OFFER OF PURCHASE 3 BLOCKS WEST PARK ADDITION: <br />An offer from M. E. Impecoven to purchase Blocks 11, 12 and 13, West ;park <br />Addition south of the Newell School for 0,000.00 was presented. A <br />motion was made by Mr. Kahrhoff., seconded by Mr. Connell, and passed, <br />that the offer be accepted on the basis of $3,000.00 net to the School <br />District, the buyer to pay realtorts commission, cost of Abstract, and <br />any special assessments. <br />This is to certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a part <br />of the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Education held <br />Monday, August 1, 1960. <br />'W.
