The undersigned, The First National Bank of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, acknowledges receipt of an executed copy of the within <br />Contract and Agreement and also acknowledges receipt of Warranty <br />Deed dated August al�A 1960, executed by Wilmer Brown Hoge and <br />Marguerite E.
