(3) All buildings shall be placed at least Thirty <br />(30) Fee'--- back from the front lot line of said lot and on all <br />corner lots) a-11 buildings shall be at least Five (5) Feet <br />back from the side street line. Any detached garage or separate <br />secondary structure shall not be less than ,Fifty (S0) Feet <br />pack from the front lot line of said lots and on corner lots <br />shall .ot oe less than Five (5) Feet from said side street line. <br />No buildings shall be constructed closer than fifteen (15) Feet <br />to the side lot line, it the adjacent lots are owned by different <br />persons. <br />(4) No building or dwelling house shall be moved into <br />said subdivision and placed upon a lot; no trailer, garage, shack, <br />I-ent. leanto or other unsightly out- buildings shall be used in <br />"'said suudivision as a dwelling at any time nor shall any structure <br />of a temporary character, nor any basement house, be used as a <br />residence at any time. This provision shall not apply to the <br />temporary use of such buildings or structures during the con- <br />struction or ar,y dwelling on any lot. <br />(5) The grou.,d floor area of the main structure of <br />any one -story dwelling, exclusive of open porches and garages, . <br />shall not ue less than One Thousand Two Hundred (1,200) Square <br />Feet, excepc the --round floor area of the main structure, ex- <br />clusive of open porches and garages, for a one and one-half - <br />story or two -story main structure shall hoc be less than One <br />Thousand (1,000) Square Feet. <br />(6) All public sidewalks sha11 be curb sidewalks and <br />the acceptance of a deed of conveyance by any purchaser of any <br />lot, lots or fractions thereof, shall be and amount to and be <br />construed as consent thereto and approval of such curb sidewalk. <br />(7) No worn out or discarded automobiles, machinery <br />or parts thereof shall be stored on any lot in said subdivision <br />and no lot or lots shall be used for the storage of automobiles, <br />machinery or any junk or waste material or part.,nor shall any <br />material or supplies be stored or left standing on any lot ex- <br />cept in connection with the erection of any structure or in the <br />use of any structure ereeted. <br />(8) No cow, horse, ,oat, sheep, ho,, or other farm <br />animal shall be kept or mainLained on any lot in said subdivision <br />nor shall any chicken or any other fowl be maintained on any <br />lotje�,cept such household pets such as dogs, cats and other <br />similar pets. <br />(9) No sod, earth, sand, gravel or trees shall be <br />removed to- the-injury of the value or appearance of any lot and <br />no unused 'building material, junk or rubbish shall be left ex- <br />posed on any lot except during actual building operations. <br />
