and effect. <br />The Court further finds that the defendant is the title <br />holder of certain real estate situated in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, described as the North 52.8 feet of Lot 6, Block <br />31, Russel Wheeler's Addition, known as 1009 North Osk Street, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and that in lieu of alimony the title to said real <br />estate should be quieted in this plaintiff, subject to attorney fees in <br />the sum of $350.00 to be paid to the plaintiff's attorneys, this to <br />include the order heretofore entered on November 10, 1958. <br />The Court further finds that the defendant is not now engaged <br />in the military service of the United States of America or of any of its <br />allies. <br />The Court further finds that the defendant shall pay the <br />actual court costs taxed herein. <br />WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DF.CI:EED that the <br />plaintiff be awarded a decree of absolute divorce and that the bonds of <br />matrimony heretofore existing be and the same are hereby set aside, <br />vacated and held for naught and each of the parties released from all <br />obligations thereto. <br />IT IS FURTIJER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the plaintiff <br />be awarded the absolute care, custody and control of the parties' minor <br />children, namely, Jacqueline Lynn Walsh, now of the age of five years, <br />and John Joseph Walsh, now of the age offour years; that the defendant <br />shall pay for the support and maintenance of said minors the sum of <br />$30.00 per week, the first payment to be made on even date hereof and to <br />continue each and every week thereafter until the further order of the <br />Court, and that the defendant shall be given the right of visitation with <br />said minors at reasonable and convenient times. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the plain- <br />tiff be awarded the absolute title to all personal property now in her <br />-2- <br />
