BE IT REMEMBERED, That in the District Court within and for <br />the County of Douglas in the Fourth Judicial District of Nebraska, at <br />the February 1960 Term of said Court, begun and held in the City of Omaha <br />in said County and State on the 8th day of February and on a day thereof, <br />to -wit: On the lath day of February in the year of Our Lord One Thousand <br />Nine Hundred and Sixty; present Honorable James M. Patton Judge presiding, <br />Patrick E. Corrigan, Sheriff and Sidney J. Gottneid, Clerk; a certain <br />Decree was was filed for, and entered of, record in said Court, as shown <br />by Journal 630 Page 91 of the Records thereof and is in the words and <br />figures following, to -wit: <br />Anna L. Walsh, Plaintiff,) <br />VS. ) 502 -36 DECREE <br />John J. Walsh, Defendant.) <br />This cause coming on to be heard this 12th day of December, <br />1958, on the petition of the plaintiff praying for a decree of absolute <br />divorce and other equitable relief, the plaintiff appearing in person <br />and with her attorneys, Burbridge & Burbridge, and the defendant having <br />failed to appear or answer in said cause, evidence :)as adduced on behalf <br />of the plaintiff and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds <br />that it has jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter; that the <br />plaintiff is entitled to a decree of aL�solute divorce from the defendant <br />and the permanent care, custody and control of the parties' minor <br />children, namely, Jacqueline Lynn Walsh, now of the age of five years, <br />and John Joseph Walsh, now of the age of four years; that the defendant <br />shall be given the right of visitation with said minors at reasonable <br />and convenient times; that he shall pay into the office of the Clerk of <br />the District Court in and for Douglas County, Nebraska, the sum of <br />$30.00 per week for the support and maintenance of said minors, and that <br />the restraining order heretofore entered be continued in full force <br />
