CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE
<br />T IS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this � day of
<br />19600 by and between Lizzie A. Sass, a
<br />wido , 0 ga Sass Hein and Harry E. Hein, wife and husband,
<br />Margaret Sass Baumeister and Herman C. Baumeister, wife and
<br />husband, Lucille Sass Nowlin and William C. Nowlin, wife and
<br />husband, and Herbert H. Sass, single, personally and as Trustee
<br />in the Deed to Trustees recorded in Book 112 of Deeds at page
<br />299 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County, Neb-
<br />raska, PARTIES OF THE FIRST PART, and George W. Sass and
<br />Albert D. Sass, as joint tenants, not as tenants in common,
<br />and to the survivor of the, PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART;
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />That said parties of the First Part have this day
<br />sold and by these presents agree to convey to the Parties of
<br />the Second Part, as joint tenants, not as tenants in common, and
<br />to the survivor of them, the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Lots Twenty -five (25) to Thirty -six (36), both in-
<br />clusive, Sass 2nd Subdivision in Section Fourteen
<br />(14), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the 6th P. M.; and all that part of the East half
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (E%NE %) of Section Fourteen
<br />(14), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the 6th P. M., lying south of the south line of
<br />Sass 2nd Subdivision in such Section Fourteen (14);
<br />and Lot Two (2), except the east Six Hundred Twenty -
<br />four (624) feet thereof on the mainland in such
<br />Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11), Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF the Second Parties agree as foll-
<br />ows, to -wit:
<br />Parties of the Second Part promise and agree to pay as
<br />the purchase price for said premises, the sum of TWENTY -ONE
<br />THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ------------------ $21,700.00,
<br />payable as follows, to -wit:
<br />$4,340.00 cash in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, and the remaining sum of $17,360.00 with interest
<br />at the rate of Six Per Cent (6 %) per annum from the lst day of
<br />March, 1961, on the declining balance method, payable as
<br />follows:
<br />$1,736.00 on the principal and the interest on the prin-
<br />cipal at 6% per annum from March 1, 1961, on or before Dec-
<br />ember 16, 1961, and a like sum of $1,736.00, with interest on
<br />the unpaid principal at said rate of 6% per annum on the de-
<br />clining balance method, on the 16th day of December of each
<br />year thereafter until and including the 16th day of December,
<br />1969, and any balance remaining unpaid of the principal and
<br />interest, at rate of 6% per annum, on the 16th day of December,
<br />1970.
<br />Second parties are hereby granted an option to pay.all or
<br />any part of the principal remaining unpaid at any time in
<br />multiples of $500.00, in which event the interest is to cease
<br />on the sums so paid from the date of payment.
