Predmore, <br />Sarah Lucille Predmore, and The United States of America <br />are defendants, the object of which action is to foreclose <br />a mortgage dated May 27th, 1958, the mortgagors being Kenneth <br />L. Predmore and Sarah Lucille Predmore, and the mortgagee <br />being Home Federal Savings and Loan Association, a Corporation, <br />which mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 3rd day of June, 1958, <br />in Book 118 of Mortgages, on page 187, of the Mortgage <br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
