STATE OF NEBRASKA ) COUNTY OF HALL A F F I D A V I T SS: E. W. Keiss, being first duly sworn, upon oath deposes and says as follows, to -wit: 1. That on this date he is the City Engineer of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 2. That on the 24th day of May, 1943, he conducted and completed a survey of that property generally described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the South One -half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 171 Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a goint 1037 feet East of the center of Section 17, thence North 76 50' East, a distance of 1255.7 feet; thence North 140 05' West, a distance of 1103 feet; thence South 760 50' West, a distance of 138 feet; thence North 140 05' West, a distance of 226.3 feet; thence South 760 50' West, a distance of 1117.7 feet; thence South 140 05' East, a distance of 1329.3 feet to the point of beginning, containing 37.6 acres of land, more or less. A copy of such survey map being on file in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska at Page 267 in Book U. 3. That on the 12th day of March, 1953, as the Hall County Engineer he surveyed the same property described in paragraph 2 above and certain portions of the said property described in paragraph 2 above. 4. That he has this date examined the descriptions contained in the Deeds recorded at Page 463 in Book 107 and at Page 521 in Book 109 of the Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and he now hereby certifies that the property described in the Deeds at Page 463 in Book 107 and at Page 521 in Book 109 is the exact and same property described in paragraph 2 above.
