<br />HERBERT E. HAWLEY and DELLA HAWLEY, husband and wife, being
<br />idrst duly sworn, upon oath depose and say as follows:
<br />(1) That affiants are the owners in fee simple and are
<br />in ;tint possession of the following described real estate, situe-ted
<br />in ILail 'County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />possession until aoout October 10, 1;16, and was succeeded therein

<br />pi er. she was succeeded therein by Peter G. Caredis, Thomas Z.
<br />,aredis and Nick G. Caredis, who continued in possession until about
<br />�:ay 24, 1.4 `1, and were then succeeded therein by Ray Ni. Sailors who
<br />cLrtir,ued in possession thereof until about August 20., 1;12'7, when
<br />t1hey were succeeded therein by Elizabeth A. Dymond, who continued in
<br />possession trereolt until about T =;arch 1, 1_y2 >, when she was succeeded

<br />uctcber ij, 1 3y, when he was succeeded therein by Howard E. Ashburn
<br />and Ethel Kae shburn, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br />said !T oward E. Ashburn continuing in possession thereof along with
<br />Ft'.�el ;Jae Ashburn, nis wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in
<br />co-:on, until about Sep_temoer 29', 1949, the date of his death, and

<br />,ay 195, when she was succeeded therein by Herbert E. Hawley and
<br />DeiJ_a awley, husband and wife, affiants herein, who have continued
<br />in possession thereof as joint tenants and not as tenants in common
<br />;r;t:i:_ the present date hereof.
<br />(4) Tnat during the periods of continued adverse possession
<br />stated' aoove, the owners and occupants having possession of said
<br />premises occupied and possessed said premises openly, notoriously,
<br />continuously, actually, and adversely in possession against Orange B.
<br />��udd and Waiter S. Hodges, and any and all persons having or claiming
<br />to nave any interest in and to said described premises, -real names
<br />unknown.
<br />(5) That those claiming said real estate premises as aforesaid
<br />gave recognized no title superior to theirs during all of said period
<br />of time, and that the aforesaid occupants and possessors of said land
<br />have used and enjoyed the same and have exercised exclusive acts of
<br />ownership of the same for all of said period of time without any
<br />hostile claim or interference from any source whatsoever.
<br />(b) Affiants further swear that any interest in and to said
<br />above described premises acquired by the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, nas been conveyed to affiants as husband and wife, and as
<br />joint tenants and not as tenants in common, by virtue or the quit claim
