Buckow, being first duly sworn upon his oath deposes <br />and says that he is a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and has been such resident for more than fifty years last past; that he <br />Is well and personally acquainted with Huth G. Testman, one of the <br />grantees in a certain warranty deed conveying the above described <br />premises, which deed is recorded in Book 71, at Page 452 of the Deed <br />records of Hall County, Nebraska; and with Ruth G. Testman Roberts, one <br />of the grantors in a certain Warranty Deed conveying the above described <br />premises, which deed is recorded in Book 86, at Page 584 of the Deed <br />records of Hall County, Nebraska and affiant positively knows of his <br />own personal knowledge that Ruth G. Testman and Ruth G. Testman Roberts <br />are one and the same identical person notwithstanding the discrepancy <br />in names;: said Ruth G. Testman having subsequent to receiving title as <br />aforesaid, intermarried with one B.W.
