LYHANE and MARIE W. McDERMOTT, each being <br />first duly sworn on their oath, depose and say that they are <br />the same persons who purchased the above described property <br />by deed recorded in Book 74 at Page 404 of the deed records <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded on July 16, 1934; that <br />they were in exclusive possession of said premises until <br />March 12, 1941, at which time Marie W. McDermott, affiant <br />herein, transferred her interest to Maro D. Lyhane by warranty <br />deed recorded in Book 81 at Page 4i6 of the deed records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska; that Maro D.
