<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Fixture
<br />Financing Statement ("Deed of Trust") executed by RSF Limited Partnership, a Limited Partnership and
<br />Timothy R. Harris and Kristine L. Harris, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A., as a result of an
<br />acquisition and name change , as Beneficiary, dated as of March 25, 2002, and recorded on March 28,
<br />2002, as Instrument Number 200203343, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any
<br />warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in
<br />said Deed of Trust and incorporated herein by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at
<br />the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
