Sorensen part it of the first part, <br />and Roger F. Jensen and Cornilie J. Jensen <br />part y of the second part, <br />WITNESSETH, That party of the first part agrees to sell to the party of the second part and party of the second part <br />agrees to buy the following described property, to -wit: <br />The Northerly 66' of Fractional Lot One (1) in Fractional <br />lock Eight (8) of H.
