<br />RELEASE AGREEMENT
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned are the owners of record and are seized and
<br />possessed of all the tracts, parcels and parts of the following described real
<br />estate, situated in Ball County, Nebraska, to -wit;
<br />Blocks One, Two, Three, Four and Five (1,2,3,4,5),
<br />Valley View Sub - division in the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NEI) of Section 'Twenty -two (22), Township Eleven
<br />North (11N), Range Nine(9), West of the 6th p.m.
<br />WHEREAS, the records in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, show that restrictive covenants and conditions were
<br />created and contained in deeds of record to tracts and parcels in the above
<br />described real estate, which deeds were recorded with. the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, the following undersigned are the owners of record to particular
<br />tracts, parcels and parts of the above described real estate, as shown in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, each of said tracts
<br />being more particularly described in the deeds or plat recorded as shown following
<br />the names of said owners hereinafter set forth or described, to-wit:
<br />Ervin F. Terry and Alice E. Terry, husband and wife, real. estate
<br />described in deed recorded in Book 114 of Deeds, Page 00.
<br />Ervin F. Terry and Alice E. Terry, husband and wife, and Irvin. P. j eves
<br />and Ruby M. Meves, husband and wife, real estate described in deed and recorded
<br />in Book 101 of Deeds, Page L:23,
<br />Jac Lofholm and Rita M. Lofholm, husband and wife, real estate described
<br />in deed recorded in Book 129 of Deeds, Page 9.
<br />Bernhardt F. Reher and Phyllis J. Reher, husband and *..rife, real. estate
<br />described in deed recorded in Book 121 of Deeds, Page 253.
<br />Clarence W. Werner and Virginia E. Werner, husband and wife, real estate
<br />described i.n deed recorded in Book 117 of Deeds, Page 521,
<br />Delbert G. Stueven and Alma A. Stueven, son and mother, real estate
<br />described in deed recorded in Book 126 of Deeds, Page 551,
<br />Edward J. Bigley and Irene A. Bigley, husband and wife, real estate
<br />described in deed recorded in Book 127 of Deeds, Page 161.
<br />Otto Schmidt and Alma Schmidt, husband and wife, real estate described
