Schmidt of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; Howard S. Hinman being <br />further duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he was personally acquain- <br />ted with the transaction wherein Frieda Knickrehm, widow, conveyed to Jacob- <br />sen-Schmidt Construction Co. by warranty deed, property described as Lot <br />Twenty -three (23) and Lot Twenty -four (24) in Block One (1), Knickrehm's <br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which <br />deed is recorded in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />in the record of deeds in Book 125, Page 137. <br />Your affiant further states that the said Elmer A. Jacobsen and Earl <br />H. Schmidt have been doing business under the name of Jacobsen- Schmidt <br />Construction Co.; that the deed of conveyance above mentioned should have <br />been made to the grantees as Elmer A. Jacobsen and Earl H. Schmidt, ind- <br />ividually. <br />Further affiant sayeth not. <br />U Howard S.
