<br />were recorded by William H. Haskins, Secretary of the Board of
<br />Trustees.
<br />Mr. England presented to the meeting copies of the
<br />f Resolutions adopted by the Special Meeting of the Membership of
<br />Nhe Church held after the 11:00. o'clock service on August 30,
<br />959, and the especial Meeting of the Quarterly Conference held
<br />in said church at 7:30 o'clock,', P.M.,` on September 171, 1959.
<br />He also called to the attention of the Board of Trustees; the
<br />fact that a prior meeting of the membership of the church, on July
<br />had authorized the sale of the property.
<br />v., After consideration of the resolutions above referred to
<br />it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that Gilbert P.
<br />England,.as`Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and William H.
<br />Haskins,ts Secretary of the Board of Trustees, be and they here -
<br />' by are instructed to carry out the provisions of the Resolutions
<br />adopted by the membership, and the provisions of the Resolutions
<br />adopted by the Quarterly Conference, and to take such further
<br />action as may be necessary to complete the sale of said property,
<br />described in the aforesaid resolutions, and being Lots Five (5),
<br />and Six,(6), in Block Ten (10), in the Original Town of Doniphan,
<br />Nebraska, to Myrl Thaden, by warranty deed, for the sum of ,$2,200.00;
<br />and said Chairman and said Secretary of the Board of Trustees are
<br />expressly authorized to sign a warranty deed to said property
<br />transferring the-same ` from "said church to Myrl Thaden, upon pay -'''
<br />ment of said purchase price. ;Said . officers are further directed
<br />to apply the proceeds of said `sale in the sum"of $2,200.00, on
<br />the purchase and improvement of another parsonage.
<br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
