AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA, ) <br />) ss. <br />County of Hall. ) <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN <br />Re: Lots One (1) and Two (2), in <br />Block Eighteen (18), Arnold <br />and Abbott's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />CORA A. HANOVER, being first duly sworn, on her oath, <br />deposes and says that she is of legal age, that she is a resident <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and has been such a resi- <br />dent for many years last past, and that she is the Clerk, also <br />known as Secretary, of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />Affiant further states that the names of the officers and <br />trustees of said church on October 7, 1959, were James Bonsall as <br />Chairman, also known as President, Clarence L. Clark as Vice Chairman, <br />also known as Vice President, Cora A. Hanover as Clerk, also known <br />as Secretary, and Cora A. Hanover as Treasurer, and James Bonsall <br />_ Clarence L. Clark, Genevieve Reimers and Alta Mae Steele, as <br />Trustees, also known as Directors, and that the above named persons <br />were the same identical officers of said church on November 4, <br />1959, and on November 12, 1959; further, that these said above <br />named persons were the same identical officers and trustees of the <br />First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />immediately prior to its incorporation, and that these said above <br />named persons were the same identical officers and trustees of <br />the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />immediately after the incorporation of said church. <br />Affiant further states that the church membership <br />consisted of the same persons on November 12, 1959, as it did <br />on November 4, 1959, and on October 7, 1959. <br />Affiant further states that the resolution dated on <br />October 7, 1959, and the resolution dated on November 41 1959, <br />were duly adopted by more than one -third of the resident members <br />of said church, and that these said two resolutions were made a <br />part of the minutes of said church, and that a copy thereof, as <br />well as of the certificate dated on November 12, 1959, were <br />entered in the permanent records of said church. <br />Further, affiant sayeth not. <br />Cora A.
