Bark's Subdivision Number <br />Three (3) of part of the East Half <br />of the Northeast Quarter (E2NE4) of <br />Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />MARY A. EDWARDS, being first duly sworn on her oath, <br />deposes and says that she is eighty -four (84) years of age- <br />that she has resided in Hall County, Nebraska for more than <br />fifty years last past; that she formerly owned the above des- <br />cribed property and that affiant and her husband conveyed the <br />same to Lawrence A. McKibben, son of the affiant, on May 8, <br />1939 by deed recorded in Book 79 at Page 501; that she reserved <br />a life interest in said property during her natural lifetime. <br />That her son, Lawrence A McKibben died on December <br />19, 1946; that he left a Will under which the above described <br />property passed to his wife, Lottie M. McKibben; that he was <br />the sole owner of said above described property at the date <br />of his death; that Lottie M. McKibben, widow of Lawrence A. <br />McKibben, died on June 5, 1947 and at the time of her death <br />she was the owner of the above described property; that said <br />property passed under the Final Decree in the estate of Lottie <br />M. McKibben to her three children, Leonard L. McKibben, Harold <br />G. McKibben and Betty M. Franz; that they are the same persons <br />who executed the deed recorded in Book 126 at Page 179 conveying <br />the above described premises as Leonard McKibben,Harold McKibben <br />and Betty Franz, not withstanding the discrepancy in the omission <br />of the middle initial in each of their names. <br />Affiant further states that affiant and her predecessor, <br />Ida Springsguth, have been the owners of the undisputed title <br />to said premises since November 23, 1935; that no person has <br />ever questioned the title of the said Ida Springsguth or of <br />the affiant herein,o.r while the same was owned by Lawrence A <br />McKibben and Lottie M.
