TED G. SCHROEDER, of lawful age, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes <br />and says that he has been a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />for more than / years last past; that he knows the facts concerning <br />Possession of the o owl described real estate to -wits <br />A part of Fractional Lot Seven (7) in Block One Hundred Thirty -seven (137) of <br />Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br />of Fractional Lot Eight (8) in Block Four (4) of Russel Wheeler's Addition to <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to -wits <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 7, Block 137, running thence <br />Northwesterly on a line parallel with the Westerly line of said Block, 132 feet; <br />thence at right angles in a Northeasterly direction 60 feet along the Southerly <br />alley line in said Block 4 of Russel Wheeler's Addition; thence at right angles <br />and running Southeasterly on a line parallel with the Easterly line of said <br />Block 4, a distance of 132 feet to the Southerly line of said Block 137; thence <br />along the Southerly line of said Lot 79 Block 137, a distance of 60 feet to the <br />place of beginning. Said tract being a rectangular piece of ground having a <br />_frontage 60 feet on Eighth Street in said City, and 132 feet in depth. <br />That Willard L. Keller and Dollie R. Keller acquired title to said re <br />by Warranty Deed, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common al estate <br />, from Harley G. <br />Candish, tingle, dated October 28, 1925, which Deed was filed for record on <br />October 28, 1925 and recorded in Book No. 65 of,-,the Deed Records of said County <br />at Page 238 thereof; that the said Willard L. Keller and Dollie R. Keller were <br />the owners of record of the title in an unbroken chain from that date until the <br />death-of Willard L. Keller on the 11th day of April 1951, and that Dollie R. <br />Keller, his survivor, has remained the owner of record of the title from that <br />date until the present time. Dollie R.
