Commencing at the Southwest corner of said <br />Lot 7, Block 137, running thence Northwesterly-on aline parallel with the <br />resterly line of said Block, 132 feet; thence at right angles in <br />a Northeasterly direction 60 feet along the Southerly alley line in <br />said Block 4 of Russel Wheeler's Addition; thence at right angles <br />and running Southeasterly on a line parallel with the Easterly line of <br />said Block 4, a distance of 132 feet to the Southerly line of said <br />Block 137; thence along the Southerly line of said Lot 7 Block 137, <br />a distance of 60 feet to'the place of beginning. Keller the Grantee <br />in a certain Warranty Deed conveying the above described premises, <br />which deed bears date of September 20, 1916, and is recorded in <br />Book 53. at Page 432 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />that he'knows of his own-personal knowledge that the id Willard L. <br />Keller departed this life on the day, of 1��, <br />and that the said Willard B. Keller was buried in th Grand Island -' <br />Cemetery on 3 IY , and that this affiant <br />officiated at slid - funeral. <br />
