page---- - - - - -- ....... . . ... : and,_ WHEREAS, the Second Party is now the record holder of said oil, gas and mineral lease upon said tract of land hereinabove described; and, WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire, as hereinafter stipulated, to modify the terms of said oil, gas and mineral lease aforesaid, by substituting another depository for the- receipt of the delay rentals provided for therein: NOW;- THEREFORE, for and inconsideration of the premises and other valuable consideration, said First Party and said Second Party agree, and First Party hereby notifies Second Party, that in lieu of the depository named in said lease, the___________________B_ank _of ................................................... = Wood _ RY_er,- Nebraska----------- ------- - - - -- or its successors as lessor's agent, is and shall be the depository in said lease for the payment of any drill- ing deferment rentals thereunder, and except as herein expressly provided, said original oil, gas and mineral lease, if and as amended, corrected or supplemented, shall remain in full force and effect, and is hereby ratified and confirmed. The payment by Second Party, his or its successors or assigns, of any drilling deferment rental as hereinabove provided, shall operate as an adoption and ratification of this instrument by Second Party, his or its successors or assigns, the same as if Second Party executed the same as of the day and year first above written. Each and every clause and covenant of this agreement- -shall extend to the heirs, executors, adminis- trators, successors,. and -lawful assigns of- the parties= - hereto.
