The purpose of the granting of this Right -of -Way is to assure the grantees <br />of access to their skating -rink for themselves and patrons, pending the public <br />dedication of a Right -of -Way or Street. This Right -of -Way does riot run with <br />the land and is, in no respects, perpetual; but, in the event of cancellation of <br />this Right -of -Way by the grantors, there will be substituted a Right -of -Way or <br />Street publicly dedicated, over approximately the same route, so that access to <br />the skating -rink of the grantees will be preserved. <br />Dated at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 30th day of September, 1959. <br />GRANTORS <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />HALL COUNTY ) <br />On this 30th day of September, 1959, personally appeared before the <br />undersigned Notary Public E.
