Connell, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and <br />says that he is the duly elected, qualified and acting Secretary of The <br />School District of the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall, in <br />the State of Nebraska, and that as such Secretary, he is in possession <br />of the official records of said School District, and that such records <br />show that on the 2d day of ` 19_Q, a resolution was <br />- i <br />passed by the Board of Education of said School District authorizing <br />the sale by said School District of Lot 1, and Fractional Lots ?2, 3 and <br />• t <br />4 in Fractional Block 2, in Bonnie Brae's Addition to the City. of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and affiant further states that such records indicate <br />that on the date said resolution was passed, ffixe School District of the { <br />City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall, in the State .of.
