Merle McDermott, being first duly sworn on his oath, deposes <br />and says that he is well acquaibted with Lewis Lute and LaVonne B. Lute, <br />and that he has represented said persons as attorney, and more recently <br />represented Lewis 0. Lute, and that sais- persons owned the real estate <br />known as Lots 214 and 215, Westlawn, an Addition to the City.of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that said persons have been referred to <br />as Lewis Lute and Lewis 0. Lute and the said Lewis Lute was the owner <br />of said real estate irregardless of how he has bden referred to by name; <br />that Anna Lute, Anna L. Lute, Anna Byer Lute and LaVonne B. Lute are <br />one and the same person,.regardless of how referred to by any aforesaid, <br />and that she is the person who conveyed the aforesaid real estate to <br />L. 0.
