AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />James Livingston, after peing first duly sworn on oath, deposes and <br />says that he is a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and that <br />he is a licensed embalmer and funeral director in and by the State Of Nebraska; <br />That, Rose M. McGraw, a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />did die at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska on September 20, 1955 and that <br />he did prepare the body of Rose M. McGraw for burial on that date; <br />That, he did supervise the burial of the body of Rose M. McGraw in <br />Soldiers and Sailors cemetery, located in Hall County, Nebraska, near Grand <br />Island, Nebraska on September 23, 1955; <br />That, he did see the dead body of Rose M.
