TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that the Custer Federal Savings & <br />Loan Association of Broken Bow, Broken Bow, Nebraska, a corpora- <br />tion, plaintiff herein, has commenced an action in the District <br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, the object and prayer of which <br />is to foreclose a certain mortgage dated September 21, 1955, <br />to the Conservative Bond and Mortgage Co., said mortgage being <br />for $81050.00 and covering the following described real estate <br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The north sixty -six (66) feet of Lot Six (6), in Block <br />Eleven (II), in Claussen Country View Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted <br />and recorded in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which mortgage is recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of said county and now appears in Book 110 of Mortgages, on Page <br />273. Said mortgage was by the Conservative Bond and Mortgage Co. <br />under date of August 23, 1958, duly assigned to the Custer Fed- <br />eral Savings & Loan Association of Broken Bow, Broken Bow, Ne- <br />braska, and said assignment was duly recorded on September 9, <br />1958, in Book 41 of Releases and Assignments, on Page 115 of <br />the records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The defendants in said action are Victor D. B.ruckman and <br />Margaret A. Bruckman, husband and wife. <br />
