Luebs, being first duly sworn on his oath, deposes and says that <br />he was the attorney of record in the matter of the estate of W. Minnie Baasch, <br />who died on December 17, 1945, and that he was well acquainted with the said <br />W. Minnie Baasch prior to her death, -and he knows of his own personal <br />knowledge that the said W.
