LUEBS, being first duly sworn, on oath deposes and says <br />that he has been actively engaged in the practicecf law in Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, for more than 30 years; that he has been acquainted <br />with John G. Opp and Minnie Opp and their sons, John Opp, Jr. and <br />Christian Opp, for many years, and is well and personally acquainted <br />with the said John Opp, Jr., and Christian Opp, and was well and <br />personally acquainted with John G. Opp and Minnie Opp up to the dates <br />of their death; that he was also the attorney for the said John G. Opp <br />and Minnie Opp and was the attorney for the Executors in the probate <br />of both estates and prepared the Last Will and Testament by the <br />terms of which the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW4SE4) <br />of Section Twenty -five (25), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, was devised to the said <br />John Opp, Jr., and Christian Opp; that he kmvs of his own personal <br />knowledge that the said John Opp, Jr., is also known as John W. Opp <br />and that his wifets name is Elaine Opp and that Christian Opp is also <br />known as Christian G. Opp and that his wife is Johanna Opp; that the <br />said John W. Opp and Christian G. Opp, grantors in the deed recorded <br />in Book 123, Page 114 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebrada, <br />and John W.
