Jackson, being first duly sworn, on my oath depose and positively <br />state that I am the husband of Blanche E. Jackson, who was one of the grantors <br />in the Deed recorded in Book 115 of Deeds at Page 193, in the office of the <br />Register of Leeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and was such husband of said <br />Grantor at the time said Grantor executed and acknowledged the above described <br />Warranty Deed; I further positively state under oath that Rubie E. Bancroft, <br />the other Grantor in said Deed was my sister -in -law at the time we made, <br />executed and acknowledged the above described Warranty Deed; that the real <br />estate described in said ? Warranty Deed was not the homestead of either of said <br />Grantors, namely; Blanche E. Jackson and Rubie E. Bancroft, on July 28, 19555 <br />nor at any time thereafter ilp to and incl,7ding the date of this Affidavit; <br />that as the husband of said Blanche E. Jackson, on July 28, 1955, I made no <br />claim whatsoever to any right, title or interest in and to said real estate <br />and any part thereof in said Deed described, and do hereby expressly waive <br />any rights which I might otherwise have in and to said premises as the husband <br />of said Grantor, Blanche E. Jackson, at the time of her making, executing and <br />acknowledging said Warranty Deed; that said Rubie E.
