The parties further agree, as heretofore in part <br />provided, that DINGLEY is selling the above described property to <br />McGEE on the obligation.of I11cGEE to take over -and make all pay- <br />ments on all obligations now against the property, and without <br />further cost, _.in connection with this matter, to DINGLEY. <br />McGEE, therefore, agrees, not only to pay any obligations now <br />aginst the property, and pay the revenue stamps on the deed, <br />but <br />also to pay <br />the cost of bringing down and examining <br />the <br />abstract, <br />and correcting any:objections which may be . <br />is ised <br />to the <br />title - to the property, If, for any <br />reason, <br />upon <br />examination <br />of the title, McGEE does not want <br />to accept <br />the <br />title as <br />it is, McGEE shall have- right, within <br />days <br />from <br />the date -of <br />this agreement ;- `to,zeject the title <br />to this <br />
