AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this /L!_� day of <br />1958, between DONALD W. HAGGART and EVELYN C. <br />HAGGART, husband and wife, LOGAN A. LAUGHLIN and RUTH E. LAUGHLIN, <br />husband and wife, and JENS P. HANSEN and STELLA E. HANSEN, husband <br />and wife, hereinafter called "Sellers" and RICHARD F. BARBER, JR., <br />and THELMA F. BARBER, husband and wife, hereinafter called "Purchasers ", <br />WITS ETH : <br />The Sellers agree to sell and the Purchasers agree to <br />purchase certain premises situated in Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />described as the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (Biswi) of <br />Section Thirty -three (33), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine <br />(9), West of the 6th P.M. containing eighty (80) acres, a little <br />more or less according to government survey. <br />Included in the sale as a part of said premises are the <br />mill, tank, and all fences and gates and one -third share of the <br />wheat crop now planted on a portion of said premises and Purchasers <br />acknowledge that all of such improvements which are to be included <br />have been fully gone over by them and that they fully understand <br />what improvements they will receive when possession is delivered. <br />The Purchasers agree to pay as consideration for said <br />premises with improvements hereinabove referred to the sum of <br />Fourteen Thousand & No /100 Dollars ($14,000.00) of which amount, <br />One Thousand Four Hundred & No /100 Dollars ($1,400.00) has been paid <br />to the Sellers or Marvin Lautenschlager, agent for the sellers, with <br />the additional sum of Two Thousand Eight Hundred & No /100 Dollars <br />($2,80e0.00) to be paid by March 1, 19580 or upon the execution of <br />this agreement, aggregating a total of Four Thousand Two Hundred & <br />10 /100 Dollars ($4,200.00) paid on said purchase price concurrent <br />with the execution of this agreement. <br />The 'valance of the purchase price of :Vine Thousand Eight <br />Hundred & e /100 Dollars (4 9,800.00) shall draw interest at the mate <br />of Five Percent (5 %) per annum commencing Larch 1, 1458, and the <br />interest shall be paid semi- annually on said amount and decreasing <br />principal balances. The Purchasers shall not have the privilege of <br />making a.y additional payments on principal during the calendar year of 1958. The purchasers agree to pay the sun: of Six Hundred �:�� :. -- <br />three & 33/100 Dollars 0653.33) per year on the principal, the first <br />such payment to be made March 1, 1959, and thereafter on the 1st day <br />of March of each year for fourteen (14) additional years and with the <br />fifteenth ( -.5th) and final payment of Six hundred Fifty -three & 38100 <br />Dollars 0653.38) payable on March 1, 1973, unless sooner paid. <br />Purchasers have the privilege of paying One Hundred & NQ/100 (vloo.00), <br />or any multiple thereof, on any interest payment date commenelr. Harch , <br />1959 on the principal balance during the time this agreement,wi-a14 <br />escrow, re:mai.a$ in effect. Any additional payments made on princip ,j. <br />shall ncw, however, relieve the Purchasers of paying a minimum: of <br />Six Rwidred Fifty -three & 33/100 Dollars ($673.33) each year until <br />the full principal balance has been paid. When the entire principal, <br />with all interest, . has been paid in the manner herein set forth, <br />a deed executed by the Sellers and placed in escrow as Lereinafter° <br />provided shall be delivered to the Purchasers. <br />-1- <br />
