Kahler and Donald W. Kahler as Wife and Husband, as <br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank 8� Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte <br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 26, 2008, <br />recorded August 7, 2008 as Instrument #200806808 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. {� �' <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described <br />real property (as defined in Neb.
