<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />February 6, 2009 executed by Robert G. Woods, single person , as Trustor(s), in which Geneva State
<br />Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which is recorded in Inst.
<br />0200903217 & 200900896 of Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received payment in full of the
<br />Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust has
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
