STATE OF, NEBRASKA ) COUNTY OF HALL ) -- v y being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that I was well acquainted with Ella W. Paustian, having known her for more than 10 years; that the said Ella W. Paustian died on May 27, 1955, and at the time of her death was the owner in joint tenancy with right of survivorship with John F. Paustian of the following described real property: The East five (5) Acres of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E. 5A. SWISW4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., being a strip of ground ten (10) rods wide East and West, and eighty (80) rods long, North and South, ex- cept that part which has been conveyed and des- cribed as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the South- west Quarter of said Section running thence North a distance of 366 feet thence West paral- lel with the South line of said section for a distance of 54 feet, thence South 366 feet and running; thence East along and upon the South line of said section for a distance of 54 feet to the place of beginning being a part of Sec- tion 12 -11 -9. The affiant further deposes and says that at the time -. -- of her death that the said Ella W. Paustian left no other estate in the above described real property which was held jointly and that the value of the said jointly owned proper- ty, which was the only property in the estate, was less than 4100000.00 as the total value, being valued at no more than $6,000.00; that there is no estate subject to any inheri- tance tax; that John F. Paustian is the joint owner with right of-survivorship and was the sole owner and that the property above described was not subject to inheritance tax or federal estate tax.
