Minutes of the meeting of the`Diocese of Grand Island held <br />April 18,:1959 <br />A special meeting of the officers and trustees of the <br />Diocese of Grand Island, a corporation, was held at the residence <br />of Bishop John L. Paschang in Grand Island, Nebraska,.at which <br />meeting there was present Bishop John L. Paschange, Reverend <br />Carl T. Hayden; F. J. Cleary and B. J. Cunningham, being the Presi- <br />dent, Secketary and two lay members of said corporation. <br />It was announced by Bishop John L. Paschange that an <br />offer had been made for the purchase of <br />All of Lot Six (6) and the Westerly Twelve <br />(12) Feet of Lot Seven (7), all in Block <br />Thirty -one (31), Charles Wasmer's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as surveyed_, platted and recorded <br />in the sum of $4,500.00 in cash and that he deemed, it advisable <br />to sell said property. It was ;moved by F. J Cleary and <br />seconded by B. J. Cunningham that the above desc'ibed pro - <br />perty be sold for the sum of $4,500.00 to Howard E. Sehory and <br />Alice L.'`Schory and that the officers of the corporation authorized <br />and empowered to execute a warranty deed for said premises con- <br />veying the same to the said Howard E. Schory and Alice L. Schory <br />and that an abstract of title to said property be delivered to <br />the purchasers. Upon roll call the above motion was pnamiously <br />adopted. <br />SECRETARY } <br />
