Meyer, being duly sworn, on her oath states that she is the <br />owner and in possession of the following- described real propertys <br />The .North two hundred Forty -two and 667/100 feet (h 242.67h, of the <br />East One -Half (E 2) of Block Ten (10) of Sheridan Place, in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, nebraska, located in the South- <br />west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW4, SE-4) of Section Eight <br />(8), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th <br />P.M. ; <br />tnat she acquired title tnemf from Charles Mettenbrink, father of this affiant, <br />who in turn acquired title at foreclosure sale, which foreclosure proceedings were <br />had in Case N. 5625 in the District Court of Hall County, Bebraska, entitled <br />"Charles Mettenbrink vs. James S. McMillen, et als "; that the conveyance from <br />C.J.
