Neuhalfen, a single per- <br />son, Hazel M. Neuhalfen, a single person, Francis N. Neuhalfen <br />and Patricia K. Neuhalfen, husband and wife, and Grand Island <br />Trust Company, are Defendants; that the purpose of said action <br />is to foreclose a certain Mortgage made and executed by Mary E. <br />Neuhalfen and Hazel M. Neuhalfen, on the 25th day of November, <br />1952, which Mortgage was duly recorded on the 28th day of <br />November, 1952, in Book 98 at page 119 of the Mortgage Records <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, and which Mortgage was subsequently <br />assigned to State Mutual Life Assurance Company of Worcester, <br />whose true and correct corporate name is now State Mutual Life <br />Assurance Company of America, which said Assignment is dated <br />-"l- <br />
