DEED OF EASEMENT <br />THIS DEED made this ? 4!�day of April, 1959, by <br />and between Frank D. Greene and C. Elaine Greene, husband and <br />wife, hereinafter referred to as the Grantors, and John F. Hoeft <br />and Clara Augusta Hoeft, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to <br />as the Grantees, all of Hall County, Nebraska; WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Grantors were the owners of Lots Five (5), <br />Seven (7), Nine (9), and the Southerly Thirty -four (34) feet of <br />Lot Three (3), all in Block Fifteen (15), in College Addition to <br />West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; and, <br />WHEREAS, the water pipe and main supplying water to <br />the building now located on said Lot Five (5) and the Southerly <br />Thirty -four (34) feet of Lot Three (3), crosses said Lot Seven <br />(7) and said Lot Nine (9), in said Block Fifteen (15), and the <br />Grantors are desirous of granting to the Grantees an easement <br />authorizing continued use of said water pipe and main supplying <br />water to the property, which said Grantees have acquired from the <br />Grantors, this being a portion of the original agreement of the <br />parties with reference to the sale by the Grantors to the Grantees <br />of the said Lot Five (5) and the Southerly Thirty -four (34) feet <br />of Lot Three (3), in said Block Fifteen; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, this deed witnesseth that for valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the <br />Grantors hereby grant unto the Grantees, their heirs, executors, <br />administrators and assigns, full and free right and authority <br />to keep and continue said water pipes and water main across <br />said Lots. Seven (7) and Nine (9), for the benefit of said Lot <br />Five (5) and the Southerly Thirty -four (34) feet of Lot Three <br />(3), with free right of ingress and egress to, from and over <br />said Lots Seven (7) and Nine (9), in said Block Fifteen (15), <br />in College Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, for the purpose of maintaining said water pipe and <br />main. This easement shall run with the land and shall inure <br />to the benefit and use of the Grantees, their heirs, executors, <br />-1- <br />
