JENTZ, being first duly sworn, upon <br />oath depose and say that they are each of legal age, are husband and <br />wife, and are residents of Hall County, Nebraska; that affiants are <br />the same persons who gave the Option to Thomas G. Adams, dated <br />September 25, 1953, and filed of record in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on September 26, 1953, at 10 :00 <br />a.m., recorded in Book "X" at Page 557; that affiants know of their <br />own personal knowledge that said Thomas G. Adams, to whom said Option . <br />was given by said affiants as described above, did not exercise the <br />said Option for the purchase of real estate described in said Option <br />at any time from the date of said Option to the present time and par- <br />ticularly for the period from the date of said Option to the 25th day <br />of November, 1953, at 12 :00; affiants further state that they know of <br />their own personal knowledge that affiants did not at any time execute <br />any deed of conveyance or other written instrument to said Thomas G. <br />Adams for the conveyance of the property described in said Option tD <br />said Thomas G.
