SMITH, being first duly sworn, upon oath deposes <br />and says that he was the natural brother of Clara C. Smith, whose <br />married name was Clara C. Bond; that Clara C. Smith, whose married <br />name was Clara C. Bond, is deceased; that affiant knows of his own <br />personal knowledge that the Clara C. Smith shown in the probate <br />proceedings in case No. 83, in the Matter of the Estate of James W. <br />Smith, deceased, daughter of James W. Smith, deceased, was one and <br />the same person as Clara C. Bond, one of the grantors in the quit <br />claim deed filed of record on July 28, 1930,,in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded in Book 72, <br />at Page 146; that affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that <br />said Clara C. Bond, wife of Chas. A. Bond, shown in the quit claim <br />deed mentioned above, was one and the same person as the Clara C. Smith <br />shown in the probate proceedings in Case No. $3 in the County Court of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, in the Matter of the Estate of James W. Smith, <br />deceased. <br />Affiant further knows of his own personal knowledge that the <br />Clara C. Bond shown as the daughter of Nancy A_, Smith, deceased, in <br />the probate proceedings in Case No. 1715 in the County Court of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, in the Matter of the Estate of Nancy A. Smith, deceased, <br />is one and the same person as the Clara C. Smith and Clara C.
