Rodriquez, Trina B. Rodriquez and Zenon Rivera, the object and prayer of said Petition being to foreclose a real es- tate mortgage on the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: Lot:s,Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block Eight (8), Brett and Johnson's Addi- tion to the city,of Wood River, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded. You are further notified that said mortgage was duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 29th day of June, 1957, in Book 116 of Mortgages at Page 185 and was duly assigned to the plaintiff herein on the 17th day of February, 1959, and said Assignment was duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 18th day of February, 1959, in Book 41 of Releases and Assignments at Page 452, and the plaintiff intends to apply the proceeds of the sale of said real estate upon the amount due it under said mortgage, unless the full amount is paid within a short time to be fixed by an order of the court.
