AFFIDAVIT OF ACCEPTANCE OF <br />TERMS OF ESCROW AGREEMENT <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) SS. <br />Gerald B. Buechler, being first duly sworn on his oath, deposes <br />and says that he accepts the position of Escrow Agent under the terms off' <br />Memorandum of Agreement executed by W. C. Hoppe and Eleanor M. Hoppe, husband <br />and wife, Donald Brewer and Maurice E. Swartz, dated the day -of February, <br />1959, and further deposes and says that he is accepting the position of Escrow <br />Agent in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, <br />receipt thereof being herewith acknowledged. <br />Gerald B.
