<br />You, and each of you, are hereby notified that on the " // Z!�-// day of
<br />1959, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />ex officio e County Board of Public Welfare, filed its Petition in the above
<br />entitled case in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, consisting of
<br />eleven causes of action against the defendants named in said Petition, concerning
<br />the real estate in said cause of action hereinafter set forth.
<br />The object and prayer of said Petition is to foreclose the Old Age
<br />Assistance Liens of each cause of action as set forth in said Petition, together
<br />with any other amounts which might have accrued as result of Old Age Assistance,
<br />and the plaintiff claims that there is due the respective amount set forth in
<br />each cause of action in said Petition, and that each of the said Old Age Assist-
<br />ance liens is a first, paramount and superior lien on the respective real estate
<br />herein described, and prays for an accounting of the amount found due and for
<br />sale of the real estate hereinafter described to satisfy the amount due for the
<br />liens with interest and costs.
