<br />described as follows: All of-Block Three (3) West of the center line
<br />of the plotted but vacated alley, except the North Thirty -three (33)
<br />feet used for street purposes; all of Thorn Street as plotted but
<br />vacated West of the center line of the plotted but vacated alleys in
<br />Block Three (3) and Block Four (4); and all of Fractional Lot Six (6)

<br />purposes, containing 0.533 acres,, more or less. Also, a tract of land

<br />Twenty (20), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, lying immediately West of and
<br />adjoining and abutting the above described tract, and being a rectangu-
<br />lar tract Twenty (20) feet in width Easterly and Westerly, and approxi-
<br />mately Two Hundred Thirty -two and One -tenth (232.1) feet in length
<br />Northerly and Southerly, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot Eight (8), in Block Three
<br />(3), in West's Subdivision of a part of the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NWJNE�) of Section Twenty (20), in Township Eleven
<br />(11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, thence proceeding in a Westerly direction alone an extension
<br />Westerly of the North boundary line of said Lot Eight (8), in Block
<br />Three (3), in West's Subdivision, a distance of Twenty (20) feet,
<br />thence in a Southerly direction at right angles and paralel to the
<br />Westerly boundary of the above described tract a distance of approxi-
<br />mately Two Hundred Thirty -two and One -tenth (232.1) feet, more or less,
<br />to the Northerly boundary of the right -of -way condemned for highway
<br />viaduct purposes, thence in an Easterly direction along the Northerly
<br />boundary of the right -of -way condemned for highway viaduct purposes
<br />a distance of approximately Twenty (20) feet, more or less, to the
<br />Southwest corner of Fractional Lot Six (6), in Block Fouf (4), in West's
<br />Subdivision, thence in a Northerly direction along the Westerly boundary
<br />of said Fractional Lot Six (6), in Block Four (4), and the Westerly
<br />boundary of plotted but vacated Thorn Street, and the Westerly boundary
<br />of Block Three (3), all in West's.Subdivision, a distance of Two Hundred
<br />Thirty -two and One -tenth (232.1) feet to the place of beginning.
<br />LELIA F. McLANE TAYLOR and CHARLES E. TAYLOR, each being
<br />first duly sworn, on their oath, depose and say that they are of legal
<br />age, that they have been residents of Hall County, Nebraska, for many
<br />years last past, and that they are now wife and husband.
<br />Affiants each further swear that they are well and personally
<br />acquainted with LELIA PENNINGTON, one of the grantees in a warranty
<br />deed dated and acknowledged on September 3, 1920, filed on December 27,
<br />1920, and recorded in Book 58, at Page 515, of Deeds, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska; and with LELIA PENNINGTON,
<br />one of the plaintiffs in a quiet title action, being Case No. 5380, in
<br />the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in which a decree was
<br />entered on January 15, 1924, and was filed for record on January 17,
<br />1924, and recorded in Book "0 ", at Page 382, of the Miscellaneous
