I know of my own knowledge that such Robert Codner was <br />and is the only party to such transaction as the purchaser of such <br />real property and that there was and is no ommission from such <br />conveyance of the name of any other person.or persons as a <br />Grantee or Grantees of the real property described therein. <br />Such instrument wa s held by me as Escrow Agent from <br />the time of execution thereof from November 2, 1958, until <br />February 3, 1959, when it was filed for record.
